STOROSSO 30-Day Refund and Return Policy

Unopened products can be returned for a refund no later than 30 days after purchase.
Customers must bear the cost of shipping returned products. 
Shipping and handling cannot be refunded for returned goods.
Refunds are not available if the product has been opened, damaged or used under any circumstance.
Discount codes cannot be added to an order after a purchase has been made.
Misplaced pieces can be purchased via email at info@storosso.com.

Product pieces that are delivered damaged will be covered by company free of charge. Photo evidence may be required.

STOROSSO is not weather resistant. Rust and other weather related damages are not covered from our lifetime warranty. 

All STOROSSO™ sets purchased directly from STOROSSO™ or an Approved STOROSSO wholesaler come with a LIFETIME MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. Send us a picture of your damaged part with proof of purchase and we'll replace it, free of charge. This warranty is not transferable.
