- Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 24 hours.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Estimated delivery time within the European Union is 3–5 business days.

Return Policy
Products purchased from www.storosso.com can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
If you change your mind or decide that the product is not right for you, you may request a return by contacting info@storosso.com and providing:

- The product you wish to return
- The date the order was delivered
- Whether you prefer a replacement or a refund
The product may be opened and reasonably inspected after delivery.
Returned products should be complete and undamaged and should include all supplied parts, accessories, and documentation.
Whenever reasonably possible, please return the product in its original packaging.
Free Returns
Storosso SRL covers the return shipping costs. There is no return shipping charge for the customer.
After your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions for returning the product and, where applicable, arrange or provide the return shipping method.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
We may reduce the refund if the product has been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functionality and this has resulted in a loss of value.
